Robert C. Hunt

Robert C. Hunt passed away on June 15, 2021. Loving husband and father of three children, grandfather of four, and great grandfather of one, passed away at age 83.

Robert (AKA Lefty) is survived by his three children Daniel Hunt and his wife Karen, Mark Hunt and his wife Victoria and Karen Hunt and her husband Paul Wheeler. Survived also by his four grandchildren, Laura McAuliffe (Hunt), and her husband Ryan, Elizabeth Hunt and her wife Stephanie McKinnon, Joseph Hunt, Benjamin Hunt, and his great granddaughter, Nora Sally McAuliffe. 

Robert was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Sally A. Hunt, whom he was lost without and missed every day.  Robert is survived by his Brother Frank, Sister Mary LeBlanc, Sister Christine DeFronzo and many nieces and nephews.

Robert had a quick wit and an easy smile. He loved his family and friends and he made lasting lifelong friendships. He adored being Great Papa to his only great grandchild, with his deepest regret being his beloved wife wasn’t here to meet her precious namesake Nora Sally in person.  Robert was surrounded by his devoted children when he took his final breaths. He will be missed greatly by everyone who knew him.   

 A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 29th at the Southeast Funeral Home, 93 Center St., Easton, MA. at 1:00PM.  Family and Friends respectfully invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
