Richard Wood Obituary

Richard Wood, age 64, passed away suddenly in Rhode Island on May 18, 2022. He was the son of Robert and Ellen (Winterson) Wood. Former spouse of Donna Wood of Worcester.

Richard was a graduate of Millis High School and made his career as an asphalt paving machine operator. He enjoyed spending time with his beloved grandchildren and his dog, Bruin. Rick was a true animal lover and would do anything to help people in need. He loved relaxing at the beach and riding his motorcycle.

Rick leaves behind his dear children: Nicole Perez of Warwick, RI, Samantha Wood of Worcester, Stephen Wood of Woonsocket, RI; grandchildren: Olivia and Wesley Perez of Warwick, RI and Jalyen Francis of Worcester.

Services will be private.
