Paul Michael Joyce

Paul Michael Joyce passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 5th at the age of 75. Paul was born on January 14, 1946, the second of ten children. He attended UMASS and Boston College Law School, and served in the Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1971 to 1974, before embarking upon a career as an attorney. 

Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years, Karen Joyce, as well as his two daughters Eileen and Kathleen Joyce, and son Andrew Joyce. He was a loving grandfather to four grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah, Benjamin, and William.

During his life he loved spending time in the family vacation home in Maine. He enjoyed kayaking and boating, playing golf, and spent countless weekend afternoons playing baseball with his son. He was also a talented builder, and amongst other projects, completed an addition on his house in Easton. Paul was kind, thoughtful, and had a great and unique sense of humor and he will be sorely missed.

Memorial visitation will be held at Southeast Funeral and Cremation Services at 93 Center Street, North Easton MA 02356 on Monday, October 18th from 4pm – 6pm.  A prayer service will take place at 5:30pm.
