Lisa Ann Longval, 57, passed away on January 4, 2022 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. She is survived by her father Donald Maher of Easton, her husband Christopher Longval of Easton, and her beloved children, Monique Bailey and son-in-law Jackson of Watertown, and Cerese Longval of Easton. She also leaves behind her cherished cat Gunther who slept by her side each night. She is predeceased by her mother, Mary (Mowatt) Maher of Easton.
Lisa graduated from Oliver Ames High School in 1982 and went on to get a degree in Management and Marketing from Bridgewater State University, graduating in 1987. She was married in August 1990 and her and her husband celebrated over 30 wonderful years together. Lisa worked for On Site Insight as an Operations Manager for over 20 years, making many friends along the way.
Lisa was the sunshine in everyone’s lives. She made friends wherever she went, always willing to go the extra mile. She was kind, funny, creative, and loved nothing more than travelling around the world with her husband and daughters. Family vacations were cherished, as was a good glass of red wine, that perfect cup of tea, good music, and a great dance floor. Her laugh was incomparable, and we will miss hearing it ring throughout our home.
Visitation for Lisa will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 2-5 PM at Southeast Funeral Home, 93 Center Street, Easton, MA 02356. A Funeral Mass will follow on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 193 Main St, North Easton, MA 02356 with internment at Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetery.
