Kathy (Reid) Maxwell

Kathleen (Kathy) Maxwell, age 67 of Norton, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on August 6, 2021.  She was the devoted wife of David Maxwell. 

Kathy was born in Dorchester on May 24, 1954 to the late Charles B. and Marie (Skahan) Reid.  She was a Claims Systems Analyst for Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  Kathy was a very generous, kind hearted woman who loved Boston Sports.  She liked to read and was especially fond of True Crime.  Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her beloved family.

Aside from her loving husband David, Kathy leaves behind her cherished daughter Kara and her husband Christopher Calnan and her beautiful grandchildren, Gwendolyn and Josie Calnan.  Kathy was predeceased by her dear son, Steven Maxwell and her brother, Dennis Reid.  Kathy is survived by her brothers; John and Rick Reid, Sisters; Patricia Casagrande, Karen Johnson, Donna Reid, Christine Leoncyk and Laurieann Mailhoit, along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Kathy will be held on Thursday, August 12th from 5:00-7:00 in the Southeast Funeral Home, 93 Center St., Easton.  Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend.
