Jared G. Etienne

Jared Georgeon Etienne, 19, born and raised in Boston passed away, Monday, August 2, 2021.

He was born in Boston, MA. on January 31, 2002 to  Luther and Modeleine Etienne. He grew up  in Brockton Massachusetts. He was a kind, generous, and wonderful young man with a golden heart. He had a calm temperament. Jared was a gentle soul with unwavering patience and a great sense of altruism. Jared was adored and loved by many.

Jared attended Boston Trinity Academy where he excelled in his academics. He also participated in several extracurricular activities, such as pre-algebra and arts council. Jared founded an art club as well as a book club: The BTA Alundum Honors Society. He was also a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team. Jared left behind a legacy for setting the bar very high in all aspects of academic achievements in High School. After High School, Jared matriculated at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Pre-Medicine. With an intense desire to make the world a better place, Jared volunteered his time and talents to numerous worthy causes.  

Jared was a talented scientist, artist, and inventor. He enjoyed playing the guitar, piano, and video games. His great sense of humor and loving personality was contagious. He was fascinated and enthralled with the world of philosophy. Jared loved spending time with his parents and siblings. 

Gone too soon, Jared, no doubt, left this world a better place. Jared is survived by his parents, Luther and Modeleine Etienne, his siblings, Lubert, Nyla, and Stephanie Etienne, and Max and Peterson Metellus. He is preceded in death by his maternal grand-parents, Cerocile and Josil Georgeon, and  his paternal grand-parents, Joseph Etienne and Ilociade Lovinsky

He will be deeply missed, but we will always carry his memories in our hearts.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, 575 American Legion Parkway, Roslindale, MA on Saturday, August 7th, 2021 at 9:30 AM.
