Diane (Sheehan) Arnone

Diane Arnone of Brockton passed away on January 28th, 2023, at the age of 76. She was born in Dedham to the late Jack and Mary (Richmond) Sheehan. Raised in Dedham before moving to Easton, Diane graduated from Oliver Ames High School.

Diane was the devoted and loving mother of Denise Arnone and her husband John McCarthy of Mansfield and Marc Arnone, and his wife Pamela Arnone of Taunton. Cherished grandmother, (Meme) of Daniel, and Amanda McCarthy. Dear sister of Jack Sheehan and his wife Zenta of Taunton. She was predeceased by her sister Linda Curran of Brockton. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.

Diane was blessed with a generous open mind. She enjoyed boating, her community, and all the wonderful times with friendships that she made. She loved to be outdoors walking with neighbors and planting flowers. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her children and grandchildren; she was their biggest fan. Her yearly travels to North Conway with family brought her much happiness and exploring the towns surroundings. Diane loved all sports with a soft spot for the Patriots and the weekly football pool. She embraced the holidays and admired decorating, shopping, bingo, get-togethers and playing cards. Every morning began with a piping hot cup of tea in her desired mug of the day while watching the Price is Right and of course Jeopardy later. Her kindhearted personality and caring ways will be missed. Diane treated everyone with heartfelt grace and was deeply loved. She will be remembered for being a remarkable lady, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend.
